Cancelation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms:

Cancellations: To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 5 days before your scheduled class or service. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date will be considered a forfeiture of the payment and application of amount toward future classes will not be granted.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is not eligible for a refund, including in cases of cancellation, no-shows, or any unforeseen issues.

Application to Future Classes: If you need to cancel, you may choose to apply the cost of your canceled class or service to a future course or booking, provided that the cancellation is made at least 5 days in advance. The credit for future classes must be used within 6 months from the original booking date and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Rescheduling: In the instance of private events, you may request to reschedule your event, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 15 days before the original date. Late rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations.
